can you get a car where you dont have to use pedals?

hiya

since having a nasty accident i am unable to drive as cannot use the pedals without my back going into full cramp. I am generally able bodied though so the idea of never driving again is driving me cray-zeee

is there a car out there that i could get that wont force me to use pedals?

You can get adaptations so a car can be hand operated, but still also used by people who are able to use the pedals.

The hand controls only operate the brake and accelerator so would be fitted to an automatic car.
