Why would anyone order a new car in ... brown.

Do they stand in the showroom, and say ...

"Does this model come in a sort of poo brown colour? Excellent, I'll take it."

one of my many pet hates is people who think you are not allowed to look before you get to a roundabout, they go sailing up blinkers on, emergency stop, now look, nowt comming!

Then there's the roundabout cutters who think you drive around the outside cutting everyone up until you reach the required exit!

What is it with women and colours of cars? I am forbidden ever to have a red car, R1Bird is convinced that red cars are the cause of accidents and as such the way to avoid crashing is to not have a red car. I have to say it's working so far!

White Van Man who believes it is a reflection on his manhood if he indicates or puts on lights before it's pitch dark. Parks half on the pavement, jumps traffic lights and tailgates other motorists who are obeying speed limits.

or the other roundabout cutters Geezer.. who approach it in the left lane (you are in the right lane a fraction further back then them).. they dont look to see if you are there then

swerve into the right lane on the roundabout and on exiting swerve back to their left lane. leaving you either stationary and sweating or forced to mount the roundabout!!!

A mate of mine (a manic Southampton fan) had a Mazda in the same shade of blue as mine. I commented in the pub once that I bought my car because it was Pompey blue. He then lost all love for his car, and ended up selling it as it was "tainted" with that colour.
It's not just women who can be odd with car colours

have to agree with R1Geezer on the roundabout blinkered problem, also why do councils or road agencies put up fences or other obstructions so you can't see what's coming from your right until the last moment ?

Other drivers tailgating me when I am driving at night to the speed-limit. The number of times this happens in Winter on the way home from work is amazing.

Depends on the speed. In own I'd agree, on the open road men are much worse.

Another pet hate is ANYTHING to do with driving in London. For some reason once people get inside the M25 they forget how to drive

Allowing someone out from a road, and they dont acknowledge you or put their hand up to thank you is one.

Driving up your elbow is another, so i slow right down to wind 'em up even more, as it's you that's in front, so you have the upper hand on the fool behind....he/she can kiss my harris.

People pulling out on you without even the slightest bit of thought that you're there and if you dont brake, you crash

People chatting and looking at their passenger more than actually driving safely and properly and looking ahead......oh and driving at 20 mph in a 30/40 mile an hour zone.
