I think as long as you have it booked in for the MOT say on the 3rd or 4th of feb (or sometime around then ) then your ok, im sure as long as its booked in your ok
also could the garage doing the crash repairs do the MOT for you?

I used to be a MOT Tester.  The vehicle will be legal to drive on the road as long as it is booked in/driven to the nearest MOT Testing Station.

If the garage deliver the car to you after the crash repairs then you must take it to your nearest MOT Tester.

If you collect the car then it must be driven to the nearest MOT Tester to the garage.
