Whats making the front of my car squeek?

I have a 1995 Chevrolet Cavalier and the front of it squeeks. I thought it was wet belts but it's been doing it for like 2 weeks now and I know the belts arent still wet.

Try adjusting the belt tension and at the same time check for signs of wear, cracking etc.
