Would This Count As Unreasonable Obstruction?
We live on a busy road, I put in a drive many years ago there are 2 cars parked on the left of my drive, one to the right, opposite they have a drive but has just started parking one of their cars directly opposite my drive, this reduces the traffic flow, I never Drive into my drive unless I am working on my car I always back in, at times I have a struggle due to the car parking opposite my drive, would you call this Unreasonable Obstruction?

Although I live on in, what amounts to a cul-de-sac, there is always cars passing my house, so I too reverse into my drive, on the principle that it easier to reverse into a spot where I know that no other car will be, rather than reverse into a road, which other cars will almost certainly be present.
But the idiot woman who lives opposite me has 2 daughters, whose boyfriends are continually making things difficult for myself, and my immediate next door neighbours.

Because she lets her daughters be in sexual relationships with older men and boys, when they were only 13-14. The youngest is still only 15.
But that is by the by.....I have asked for cars to be removed, some of them parked at the bottom of my drive, when I can neither get in or out. They are somewhat reluctantly removed, but soon appear again later that day, or the following.

I have a similar issue. Turned out of the drive without scraping any of the parked cars can be a nightmare, but I've managed to be collision free so far. I put notes in cars that park over the edge of my dropped pavement. To the right there's hardly room for a city runabout yet I've had large vans park there in the past.
