My fault, I’m aware, but I have been caught twice in my first year of speeding. The first time for doing 36 in a 30 and the second for doing 43 in a 40, so hardly anything to be worried about. For the first occasion, I did a speed awareness course therefore not receiving points on my license. I am aware that you are on a probation period for your first 2 years of driving where you aren’t allowed to get 6 points. Does this mean getting caught for 6 points worth of penalties or simply having 6 points on my license? As of now I have 0 on my license but I will need to send off my recent NIP and will get 3 points on it. Will I lose my license?

You will have three points on your licence, so you won't lose your licence. You will have to drive like a saint now.

You will have to drive like a saint now.
Just something you need to be aware of
New drivers
If you’re still within 2 years of passing your driving test, your driving licence will be revoked (withdrawn) if you build up 6 or more penalty points.
Sorry, but I think driving at 36 in a 30 zone is something to be worried about!
To say it is hardly anything to be worried about beggars belief! You should have learned from your first offence.

You will get probably get 3 points on your licence and a £100 fine.
You might even get a love-letter from your insurance company when you come to renew your policy.
AND - you should tell your insurer when the points are added, not wait until renewal time.
