Road rage, when is it appropriate

1. When I flash my lights to allow an oncoming vehicle to go first through a gap and they make no acknowledgment, usually because on mobile. I keep a shotgun in my boot for such occasions.

2. When I am the first car at temporary lights at roadworks waiting for green. You can that a lot of cars coming towards you went through on red. As soon as my light is green I drive straight at them making them swerve violently.
No need for shotgun they usually need towtruck to get them out of ditch.

3. When driving within speed limits and something is up my @rse. I either stop dead in middle of road or brake very sharply and turn without warning. I figure if they are that bl00dy clever and know everything I have no need to signal my intentions.

lol yer nuts :) I'm not a driver but what annoys me as a pedestrian is when your waiting to cross the road on a cold, wet & windy day and all these drivers nice and cosy and dry in their cars don't stop to let you over....Grrrrr bl**dy annoying.

As a pedestrian waiting to cross a road,the most annoying driver is the one that doesn't indicate...I once banged on the bonnet of a car who did this and nearly rammed me and my son who was then only 8 months old and in a buggy,the driver had the nerve to blame me...I was already in the road when he turned without signalling that he was doing so.Bloody idiot.

I am very courteous to pedestrians ,I am one myself when not driving.

i have to agree that tailgaters annoy me.

2 things I tend to do: -

1. Start to slow down gradually until they get really peeved
2. turn your lights on, they think your braking coz you back lights come on, you accelerate and speed off as they slow down

I now only drive at weeknds coz I cycle to work, and I must admit that thereare some right idiots on the road

Road rage is never appropriate,
1) Flashing your headlights means nothing except to indicate your presence.
2) You should only procede at a green light if safe to do so
3) Words fail me
It just shows what a crap driver you are

I appreciate your concerns because others do not acknowledge your courtesies, but as far as your other comments I think you are probably a very sad person with complexes which affect you ability to be described as a competent person to be in control of a notor vehicle.

Well I don't even have to get out on to the road to get angry with some idiots. In the supermarket car park there's always some to55er going the wrong way up the lanes between cars, you know who you are! i mean aren't those big bl00dy arrows obvious enough! I just stop my car get out and point at the arrow then I lean on my car until they reverse, what fun!.

Oh and Daffy, motorists should give way to pedestrians crossing a road into which they are turning (rule 146, I beleive) but they never seem to, alway angers me too, I have been know to thump a bonnet if they get too close, they love that!

road rage is only appropriate when youve had a cr@p day....except for the odd occasion when people dont signal, causing you to almost crash (very annoying).

How about the pedestrian who crosses in front of a line of cars just as the lights turn green, forcing a large number of people to wait for the next light change?

It amazes me that the newer cars these days do not have indicators fitted.
I must have my car upgraded.

i am the same only i have a baseball bat in my car instead of a shotgun.

i hate it when people dont acknowledge the fact that you stopped to let them go...
i hate people who dont know how to use a mini roundabout
i hate people who dont indicate
i hate people who drive below the speed limit
i hate people who have older cars cos when its cold i cant put my heating on without being intoxicated by their fumes

and worst of all...

i hate people who drive in and out of the left hand lane when they can clearly see that there are cars parked there and expect you to keep on letting them in aarrggghhh!!!!!!!!

The most annoying.thing is drivers who hog the middle lane on motorway's , Some hog when there is no traffic and to pass you have to go from 1st to 3rd lane and back to first to pass, and if you have to undertake.( Which you can if you are not speeding ) some flash there lights at you !!!! most annoying.
