Charlie Chaplin, easy.

His last wife, Oona Chaplin, although 25 years Bowies senior, was widely reported to have dated Bowie after Charlie's death in 1977.

What about Shay Given ( Ireland and Newcastle goalkeeper)
Question Author
No problem due to the wonderful "Escape to Victory" movie.

Shah Given plays for Newcastle as did David Ginola.

DG moved to Spurs who Ossie Ardeles is famous for playing/managing

OA was in Escape to Victory with Michael Caine

I'll do a new MC link.

MC was in Mono Lisa with Perry Fennick (Billy from Eastenders)

Robbie Williams once cameoed in Eastenders

Robbie Williams sang Beyond the Sea on his easy listening LP

This song was made famous by Bobby Darin

Bobby Darin was played by Kevin Spacey in the Bobby Darin Story

Kevin Spacey was in Se7en and Bowie sang on the closing credits with Hearts Filthy Lesson.
my god you are sharp Joe.. indeed you are sharper than a page of Oscar Wilde witticisms that have been rolled up into a point, sprinkled with lemon juice and jabbed into someone's eye !!!

What about Martin Adams (BDO World Darts Champion 2007 )

Question Author
Tough but I have done it through assumption.

Martin Adams MUST HAVE played Eric Bristow at some time, or at least appeared with him somewhere in the history of darts (or Bulls Eye) !!!!

Eric Bristow had a cameo appearance in the movie "Heartlands" with Michael Sheen.

Michael Sheen is in the new movie "Blood Diamond" with the lovely Jennifer Connelly.

And we all know who played Sarah alongside Bowie's Goblin King in Labyrinth, don't we?
i am thinking of giving up !
What about Hitler ?
Paula Radcliffe?
Question Author
Hitler was played by Charlie Chaplin in "The Great Dictator".

Bowie later dated Oona Chaplin, Charlies widow. If not happy with this as Chaplin was NOT called "Hitler" then....

Hitler was played by Robert Carlyle in the ITV film, "The Rise of Evil".

RC played Renard in James Bond "The World is not Enough".

Many Bond/Bowie links, but one I have yet to use,

Lulu sang "The Man With The Golden Gun"

Bowie and Lulu sang together on The Man Who Sold The World and Watch That Man.

Question Author
Paula Radcliffe is currently making a docu-movie called "The Marathon" with Frank Shorter (marathan runner from the 60's and 70's)

Frank Shorter cameoed in the sports movie "Personal Best" with Scott Glenn.

Scott Glenn was in "Training Day" which Bowie and Puff Daddy sang together on the soundtrack with a rap version of This is not America called "American Dream"
