Bolan played guitar on Bowie's "single" version of "The Prettiest Star", not the album cut on Aladdin Sane.
Also Bowie was the last ever guest on "Marc", Bolans TV show in 1977, just before he died.
Bowie played Heroes live and "jammed" with Bolan on what has become known as "Bolan Jam". It is widely available on bootlegs, but really is little more than noise.
Also it is rumoured that they collaborated on a song called A Lad in Vain. Again, the song is only a bootleg and Bowie has denied Bolan's participation.
Both had Tony Visconti as producer and shared a studio. Let's hope one day the archives are unearthed and some collaboratory material is found.
PS, they also played "The Marquee" in London on the same bill. But no reports of them being together.
Hope this helps.

BP was in Se7en which Bowie sang on.
He was born with the two blue eyes, but following a schoolyard fight with a close friend, George Underwood, he was left with a paralysed pupil.
As time went on the pupil remained constantly dilated , the extra blood flow of which gave the shade of the eye a brown hue.
He is still very good friends with George, some 46 years later. The fight was over a girl called Deirdre. Nothing more of her is known, even after a campaign to trace her in 2001.
