The Torch Tunstall, The Place Hanley, Twisted Wheel Manchester, Mojo Sheffield, Top(or Talk) of the Town Stafford, Embassy Burslem, Cavern Liverpool (once only), Aquarium Brighton... Forget some now. Couple more in Manchester and Ooop north in Leeds or somewhere.

Rooftop Gardens in Wakefield was THE premier nightspot around West Yorks in the early 80s. I once won a competition there do do all sorts of types of dancing with a girl I'd never met before which culminated in me doing some press ups on top of her in the middle of the dance floor. And this was a BIG nightclub!
