What happened to Alex Parks of Fame Academy?

Most of the stuff on the web only covers up to the release of her flop 2nd album then leaving her record company. After that, a couple of bits saying she was still trying to pursue her music career circa 2008. Then nothing. Anyone know what she's doing now? (Anticipating "look behind the counter of McDonald's" type responses, blah blah blah).

Matt Cardle only won 6 months ago. I would say he's working on an album so a bit early to dismiss him just yet. Especially if you've listened to his earlier stuff...

Dont know where she got to but I always thought that she got given songs that didnt suit her voice. She was much better than the stuff fed to her.

SImon Cowell clearly doesnt like it when blokes win as they all seem to disappear as they dont get his support. The girls all seem to have albums out very quickly but the boys seem to stay in the studio for years!
