As all 4 followed different styles of musical direction, then any answer must be subjective to your own favourite style/Beatle.

For me the album that stands the test of time and is still very listenable is Paul's Band On The Run. I also thought Ringo did a good album in Sentimental Journey if you allow that he was probably the least vocally gifted of the 4.
