Open up another tab on your brower and go to youTube. Find the piece you want, then copy the URL from the top bar.

Return to the Answerbank tab, paste the URL from youtube into the 'Answer' box on the thread (where it says enter youTube URL) and hey-presto.

Sorry if that sounds a little patronising (putting the instructions up as simply as I can), it is meant as such.
