A charity CD by a couple of Doctors called Adam Kay and Suman Biswas.  Does anyone know where I can get hold of a copy?  I ordered one yonks ago but nothing yet delivered and no response from their sales team.  All proceeds were to go to MacMillan Charity Relief so if anyone can supply a copy I'd be willing to donate more than they are asking (copyright shouldn't be a problem then).
