Amp and Delay pedal settings

Can somone please advise me on the settings i need for my amp and delay for a good Rockabilly sound.My amp is a Washburn South Side Jnr VGA 15,it has BASS...MIDDLE...TREBBLE....VOLUME....O/DRIVE.

and my Delay is a Behringer Vintage VD400 that has REPEAT RATE.....ECHO....INTENSITY.Each dile on the delay pedal only has max..min so imagine them as a clock face.....What should i set each one at and what should i include on my amp? i am using a Jazz Hollow body Guitar with Rotosound 12's Flatwound Jazz strings.

Cant give you exact settings , but you need low bass lots of top and middle for plenty of twang and some slapback echo around 200ms, plus some reverb

all rockabilly guys have thier own settings and all equipment is different

that guitar is probably the last type of guitar you should be using for rockabilly, the name says it all Jazz hollow body ??!! and flatwound stings are useless for what you want, flatwound strings are used because they lean towards mellow sounds that a lot of jazz guitarists like.

Thanks for the reply,i will try the settings and see what happens.As far as i know the guitar is right cos of you go back to the early days of Rockabilly,Jazz guitars are all they had so this would give an authentic sound.
