I need a piece of classical music..

that starts quietly & soars to a crescendo - problem is. it needs to be a bite of about 30 secs - 1 min. PLEASE, PLEASE dont suggest Dance of the Knights by Prokofiev - The Apprentice has ruined that forever!! Any suggestions? Cheers!

And nobody has pointed out that a 'crescendo' is NOT a climax. The crescendo is the soaring bit. The music starts quietly and soars to a climax. 'Crescendo' means gradually getting louder.
