I'm on 02 mobile, all I wanted is a phone to ring /Text but this Sam sung of mine gives you the lot ( I'm not interested in that load of bull) quite a few times i kept getting this ZING ( I think that's how its spelt) coming up each time it was three Texts & each time I deleted, I have noticed my bill had for some reason going up so yesterday I contacted o2 asked why my bill had slowly been going up they replied that I had subscribed to this ZING Ring tones, I said I had not o2 replied that this cheeky shower of B@sdards had been charging o2 for me to use their service, I said to o2 there is no way that I give permission for bloody Zing to use their service I then asked what this Zing had charged me, over a period of time it came to the tune of £95.75p I am by no way Gullible but the deceit of this company got me annoyed, I asked the o2 rep of details of this Bloody Zing as I was going to take this further, o2 said leave it with us we will sort it & get your money refunded, the reason I have put in this post is to help others that might have been coned by these shower of B@sdards, whilst I'm on about "beware of this" In my spare time I valet cars, I have a car port & obviously a drive & YES I do declare it, out of the blue I received a letter from a firm called PPL Of London, the asked me a few questions regarding the Valeting the next thing I received a bill for a £139.64 for the use of Music ( which I do not use) I was straight on the phone to this London Office, I asked for someone in authority this person asked could he help, I said who I was & asked about this so-called account + this cost, after a few words from myself he said the bill would be cancelled, I said that was very nice of him & wanted this down in writing, this I have now received, the main purpose of this post as said, mainly to the really elderly or some that are vulnerable "" PLEASE SEEK ADVISE IN THESE MATTERS"" do not even attempt to pay before you get your family to look into the details & question the details that you may receive by post, keep account of phone calls, the times, copy letters if you reply better still Email, that way you can providing you save the letter go back for reference, there are a lot out there that will be taken in by these scum so BEWARE, sorry the rant but I thought it may help someone! MABEY YOU. TWR.

Sheesh, I'm not surprised you're annoyed.

Adding to the warnings: the AA charged me for holiday insurance that I did not want - I told them not to renewl and they simply decided to charge me anyway, found the bill on my statement and went ballistic till it was refunded.

Like TWR says - check your money and check up who is charging you for what!
