"La flick a flam" Euro trancey housey tune hunt

Hi, im looking for a track that was around maybe 10 years ago or slighty less or more it was not in an english language and had a woman shouting something like "La flick a flam" and on the video i can remember people in a pit in fancy dress dancing (Maybe in front of a dj) i think dressed as devils? It's a bit hazy but would love if someone could remember what im talking about as it must be on youtube but without the name it may as well not be there.
Any help or pointers would be welcomed and if i don't answer right away thanks in advance.
