Clubland / Wigan Pier tune?

I've heard this song in my mates's car a few times. It's in his Wigan Pier CD not sure which one, it's the number 12 track and Take Me To The Clouds Above is number 13. Its a woman singing and every now and then she goes OH!... YEAH! I think it might be on a clubland CD aswell I'm not sure.
