I bought a new laptop today, but when i plugged my iPod in it, the only music on iTunes library was that I had purchased and didn't include any music i had uploaded from cds historically.
Also my personal playlists showing in the ipod don't appear in iTunes library
When i try and sync i get a message window saying anything on the iPod not on iTunes will be removed but does anyone know how to sync the iPod back to iTunes.
Finally, when I created a new playlist today, it wasn't showing in my iPod but on my iTunes account only?
Any help very much appreciated as I am trying to finalise a playlist for my daughters Christening next weekend!

You need to copy your iTunes library of off your old PC and put it on your new machine.

From memory, you won't be able to transfer over anything you put on by CD, only iTunes purchases. It was a long time ago that I did it though.
No, copying your library moves all your music including ones you have put on from CD.
