Just home from seeing One Chance at the cinema. Story of Paul Potts. Lovely gentle story and I had a tear in my eye at the end.

Hi Maggie....was James Cordon good...convincing?
Decent film, not really my thing and I can't stick Corden but the bosslady wanted to see it....

Now if she had told me Corden had been smacked in the chops with an iron bar and knocked of his bike by a car.....i'd have gone for free..... ;)

PS since when did it cost a tenner to go to see a film???

Not a great James Cordon fan, but thought he played the part very well. Old fashioned story of good triumphing over evil.
Only £10? Cost me £23.50 for Queenofmean and I to see Thor 2 at the cinema last week!
Question Author
Friend and I were £11 for the both of us at local Odeon.
The £1.50 was for pre booking our seats - otherwise the tickets were £11 each. Which was a bit ridiculous really as they weren't posted out to us, we collected them from a machine in the foyer! So why the extra charge?
