rnb track of 2004

heard this track around may-june-july 2004, rememeber seeing it on a cd player in the shop and it had ghostface killah on the readout, however i have searched and heard all his tracks and the 411 one called 'on my knees' and the one with Case 'shouldve known better' and its none of them, however the 411 one I thought sounded like the intro to the track, but it just doesn't go anywhere that track, this is really bugging me, it was a stomping tune so its not obscure or anything. Kinda think like 'Always on time' as it had that kind of mix of rap and soul. Maybe it's a mix, Any help? Thanks.
