Instant Coffee, Chapter 2

I now have a wonderful instant coffee ! But it is due to suffer the same fate as the cake in MacArthur Park. (You know the bit, "I'll never get the recipe again . . . . ")
What happened was that I found myself with lots of half-jars and quarter jars of instants, and bits in the bottom of refill packs, and I just mixed them all up. result - delicious ! But I'll never get that flavour again, ( see above) because I have no idea what most of them were ! Unless there is some new instant on the market ( any news ?) in a week or so I shall be back where I started !

I volunteer in an Oxfam shop and we sell coffee. I don't drink coffee but have been told that it is lovely. It will not be cheap.
