Damien rice - Older Chests.. or any of his 'O' album, actually. Also, try the 'Late Junction Compilation' Albums, I have #1 and it's beautiful.

There's many lovely acoustic songs by Eddi Reader. A wonderful singer. She was the lead singer in Fairground attraction, Famous song being 'Perfect'.

By far, not the best of her material (just the only song that's really famous)

Her covers of Robbie Burns songs are something else...

It's by the the proclaimers. Another brilliant band with many acoustic songs.....

I know I'm scottish and prejudiced, but they really are good.
