Hi, I need to find a happy upbeat song but I don't listen to new music. In realist I listen to The Monkeys and Dolly Parton so finding one and the words to go wit it is turning out to be a nightmare.

Are you just asking for us to suggest some happy songs are you asking us to help you identify a song you have heard. Is it for a special occasion? For that sort of era it's hard to beat Glad All Over. if you want something current i could suggest something

If you want something really up to date the current number one single is a good happy tune. I'm not sure whether the lyrics are useful though as they are partly in Spanish.
