I wondered whether the Oh Oh Ohs could be No No Nos
No Limits by 2 Unlimited, which was fast dance, but it was 1992 so is outside your suggested 2005-2015 time frame.
The supermarlet you heard it in- it wasn't in Newport was it?
Nearer the mark datewise is Poker Face which includes these lyrics:
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh-e-oh-oh-oh
I'll get him hot, show him what I've got
Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh-e-oh-oh-oh,
I'll get him hot, show him what I've got
fiction factory,
The suggestion I received so far do not sound like the sound I am referring to. 'Poker face; Adele is already on my song list.
I heard the song I am referring in to in Asda , Merry Hill, West Midlands. Many thanks to all who replied.
Can you not e-mail them and ask them what songs they have playing in their stores? I'm sure they be happy to tell, even one of the shop assistants may know it, they be listening to it all day
Asda have their own radio station, Asda FM, so will likely have records.
Is there no more information you can give? Any other lyrics (does it have many lyrics?) or similar other songs which might give us some more ideas. Did you check out all of the ones on my link?

There are a lot of playlists from last fm who put the music in a playlist for Asda. Good luck!
There is no humming in the sought after tune , Flonska- willbewhatiwill clarified this in a later post. She meant lots of oh oh ohs rather than hum hum hum
Of all the suggestions made so far, willbewhatiwill, which is the closest in terms of style? You said Marry You was close but was there another one that was even closer?
