Whilst I understand your sense of joy, part of me feels as if they have 'sold out'.
They'll have to kowtow to the rules and regs now, whereas before they could play and say whatever they wanted.
used to tune in to radio caroline in the sixties then switch off after a while for fear of the police knocking on the door :-)


A friend of mine now passed away was a Caroline DJ , his on air name was 'Clive Surprise'
