21St Century Axis ?
20th Century (History) :-
Major Tyrant Adolf Hitler formed an Axis with minor tyrant Benito Mussolini with the aim of World Domination. Hitler cosied up to Russia's Joseph Stalin but this was only a blind as he later turned on him. Emperor Hirohito saw an opportunity and joined in. This led to the bloodiest conflict ever known to man.
21st Century (Outlook):-
Major tyrant Donald Trump formed an Axis with minor tyrant Kim Jong-Un with the aim of world domination. Trump cosied up to Russia's Vladimir Putin but this was only a blind as he later turned on him. President Xi Jinping saw an opportunity and joined in. This led to the bloodiest conflict ever known to man.

I fancy he’ll feel a lot more comfortable there, as he seemed to also one to ones with the dictators of Russia, China and Saudi Arabia. Only Iran seems off-limits to him.
He does strike me as a ‘Ribbentrop Deal’ kind of guy, the ‘deal’ being just as likely to last tho.

There is a long wrong with that comparison.
// Trump formed an Axis with minor tyrant Kim Jong-Un with the aim of world domination. //
Firstly Trump is an isolationist. He is not at all bothered about the rest of the world, he just wants what is good for America.
Secondly North Korea is of no strategic or political importance to Trump. The US already has allies in the region, but Trump doesn’t seem interested in allies much anyway.
Thirdly, Russia and China joining an axix with Trump is even more preposterous. They both have their own agendas.
The US have meddled in the world often with disastrous consequences for decades. If Trump withdraws (which seems more likely) then the danger will not come from America, but the power vacuums it leaves behind.

If President Trump (and KJU) can help make the world a stable place then good on them.
The problem is there are many(including on here) who will never accept the current POTUS delivers. I just hope he does with this one.
I assume Canary, and some others, you would be happier if KJU nuked the US or Japan or any where come to that?

If ignorance is bliss, Canary, you must be the happiest man in Britain.

I don't think that President Trump is a dictator, though he does have most of the advantages of one in that he doesn't care for anyones opinion but his own, has no worries about his "career", or money or pension - I believe he foregoes any salary, so it wouldn't surprise me if he finds the "messengers" (by comparison) at G7 a bit boring and appears more at ease with other megalomaniacs.
He does indeed. Much as I admired Obama, in fact it was his reluctance, for very different reasons to Trump’s, to ‘interfere’ that has led to many of the problems in the ME we see now.
And yet America allegedly plans to send troops to Poland.
What do we learn from this? Only perhaps that Trump is all over the place. One minute the Kim summit is on, the next its off, then it’s on again. One minute he wants trade tariffs, the next seemingly he wants them all abolished. He deserves his humiliation at the hands of Mr Trudeau. What will happen in the Philippines is anyone’s guess.
