Some quick thoughts:
George The Poet: I like rap when it's included within something else but I find 'pure' rap hard to listen to.
Eliza: I want to strangle the guy on the mixing desk. That heavy beat spoils an otherwise good track.
James Vickery: That's a style I like but I've got loads of 'laid back jazz funk' tracks already and that one is too similar to them really. (i.e. I'd like to hear something that's a little different to what's already out there).
Raveena: The best of the bunch in my opinion. The track greatly benefits from the support of backing singers (or the use of multi-tracking, if that's what it actually is).
Jacob Banks: He's got a great voice but he needs to find a better song to make the best of it.
Dermot Kennedy: Er, no thanks! Listening to his opening grunts is like standing next to an over-noisy supporter on the football terraces!
