does anyone remember a band called man they were sorta styled in rock but light rock to blues, i may have name wrong tho, as i am going back many yrs

Yes, Man were around in the very early 70s. At that time I was into chart music only so never listened to them- unless I caught them on Alan freeman show though in 73/74

I use to own one of their albums called. " bananas" i kid you not.

I remember someone used tow alk around carrying a Man album called something like Be Good to Yourself (not the Frankie Miller Band song) in the early 70s. A bit later I used to carry round Floyd and Hawkwind type albums to look cool

I new them well. Was on first name terms. Owen. Owen Money is still around I believe and still making appearances.
Also knew The lads of Amen Corner. Andy Fairwether Low still performing. Has done with well known artists.
Dave Edmunds. Was friends with him. We used to compare new record purchases.
