Went to see this film today. An hour and a half of sheer pleasure - just sat back and let the Beatles music take me back to my teens. Have an earworm now - Eleanor Rigby.
I loved it too, easy to watch, no real angst, no violence and set in Norfolk. What more could you want. My sis and bro inlaw live in Gorleston and were somewhere in the crowd scenes.
It's wonderful isn't it? There seems to be a spate of similar artist soundtrack movies out right now (Blinded By The Light has been getting some good reviews), and I hope the quality doesn't start to slip.
