Listening to John Cooper Clarke's audio book he mentioned this particular show. I went looking for it on YouTube & found it! A concert filmed in 1964 by American International pictures featuring artists from the United States & England when they were all at their peak. Anyone heard of the T.A.M.I show? T.A.M.I stood for ' Teenage awards music International'
