Have you ever worn odd socks and couldn't be bothered to change them? Put a coat on backwards? Hurt your shoulder trying to adjust your collar neatly? Got you head stuck in a too small sweater? These some of the sartorial consequences of not going out naked;-)

I once went out for a coffee with a friend. When I took my coat off, the friend looked at me for a few seconds and told me that my jumper was inside out. The coat went back on quite quickly. However, I once told my daughter that her jumper was inside out to be told that it was the fashion of the moment so perhaps the coat could have stayed off and I could have started the new fashion trend.
Jumpers, t shirts and nightwear back to front, t shirts and nightwear inside out are a regular occurence for me.
Mr Lottie throws holed socks away but keeps its partner, so often odd socks! I admit on rare occasions when he's forced to look smarter he will wear matching socks. I never wear socks. I hate them.
bhg481 reminds me of the day my father in law bought some shoes at an outdoor market, on getting home they were two right feet, on taking them back the trader refunded and said it would appear the other two left feet and remaining box was nicked from under the table and the thieves would be disappointed!
//I once went to work wearing odd shoes - same style different colour. No-one noticed until I pointed it out.//
I did exactly the sane thing, I had 2 pairs of identical shoes, dark blue and brown, I wass in the morning briefing and the Deputy Head kept nodding towards me and grinning, took me a while to catch on.
