I've got 2 tinned gin cocktails...Blackfriars Sicilian Lemon/bbd 7/4/24, and and Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb and Ginger/bbd 25/1/24. Can I?

I've also got a partial bottle of Bailey's, opened early March.

Both have been stored in a kitchen cupboard.

Since alcohol is a preservatve I'd certainly give them a try. I've drunk Bailey's over a year old with no ill-effects.

the gin should be ok - I wouldn't drink the Baileys

I would definitely drink the two cans, can't see a problem there, and would probably sample the Bailey's to see what it's like. Mind you I've got a cast iron belly๐Ÿ˜‰

Just had a look Baileys should keep 6 months after opening - preferably in fridge

Taste them.  If they are rank, chuck them.  If they taste OK you are unlikely to have any ill effects.

Yes

I have also drunk Bailey's kept in a kitchen cupboard a year after opening. It was fine (opened it one Christmas, finished it the next)

We keep our Bailey's in the fridge because we like to drink it cold.

It should be fine. Cheers me dears.

Had a bottle of Bailey's which curdled, revolting.

Hadn't had it long and it was Xmas time!!

Thanks all...looks like a ๐Ÿ‘

The cans need to be chilled...and I may stick my nose in the Bailey's later.

Drinks in the house going past its date is a problem I've never had, and never expect to have.

If it ever occurred I think I'd risk it.

I keep my Baileys on the shelf in the supermarket until it's needed, which is never.
