In answer to your question YES and NO!

He still uses the one he made, normally when writing songs/music and I suppose when the mood takes him.

Obviously he uses many different guitars for various tones etc.

The one he uses (or should I say, ones) are exact copies of the original. Doubtless THE original is in pride of place somewhere.
