Control confusion

Does anybody know who exactly IS supposed to be playing the role of Tony Wilson in the new film of 'Control'?

At first it was announced that Ronan Vibert would be taking the part, but now press releases have been issued saying that Craig Parkinson will appear as Tony.

So what on earth is going on?

Did Ronan initially accept the role, but then have to turn it down for some reason and Craig was brought in at the last moment to replace him?

Were Ronan and Craig the final two actors being considered for the part, then someone in the press office made a mistake and sent out a press release saying that the wrong bloke had got the job?

Or what?
