Trying to find an album from the Cover

The album had an airbrushed loftroom scene. It was almost magical with small highlighted stars. It was showing nighttime through one of the windows and daytime through the other. It may have had a clown sitting down slumped on the floor. I don't even know the name of the band. Any ideas?

Cad it sounds like a Marrillion Album cover, but can't be sure, and there were so many. Try looking on their site? it should show all their album covers.
