Yes, it is. Info, lyrics and downloads here: http://www.contemplator.com/folk/shenand.html . Unfortunately, only the top dl (played on a dodgy synth) seems to work. Putting it into Kazaa comes up with quite a few hits, but not many that I would imagine would be easily available from your average store, so you might have to leech it. If you can get Classic FM TV it's on rotation there, unfortunately I didn't catch the artist.
