MP3 sugar

Does anyone use this. I have posted a similar question before but still unanswered.
i use mp3sugar but when i download it downloads as a .mpeg file not a mp3. does it always do this?
how do i burn to a mp3 audio disc?

It is free, has no limitations and will convert the files to mp3 format.
You can then burn the file directly to a .mp3 audio disc.
