I thought this was a free download service but since signing up we are having 9.98 USD deducted from our bank account each month. Anyone else having this problem?

how did they get your bank account details then? If you thought it was free, why provide yur bank details?

Just discovered it was a scammed site. I THINK we have succesfully requested a refund!. will wait and see!
