Jay Sean - Sample?

The song by Jay Sean called " Got my eye on you" - Can anyone tell me if it uses a sample from " I've Got Five on it " - It sounds very similar.

You're close, it samples The Pharcyde's track called Passing Me By, which Joe also sampled on the Stutter Remix with Mystikal. I also think that the Jay Sean track samples Cassidy's Hotel track with R Kelly slightly as well.

I don't believe it actually directly samples any tracks, but it has been produced to sound very similar to the Pharcyde track, without actually having to pay for a sample. It doesn't sample Hotel, it just uses a similar, R. Kelly style spanish guitar - interesting because Hotel was in fact produced by Swizz Beats, not R. Kelly.
