Has anyone got good experience of using MS Excel? Is it possible to print the detailed entries onto labels from the lined format? I've tried looking at the tutorial but I think the MS idea of labels and my idea of labels are different in that MS mean labels as identifying tags, rather than something to be printed onto a label. Can you follow that? If you can, and you know how to do it, can you help please?

The best method is to make a database from the spreadsheet and make labels from that.

Open your excel file, click Help, type in "Mail Merge" and it will tell you how to do it
Download the free Avery labels wizard from here

You can easily create labels from tables in Word, Excel and Access. The programme will insert a labels button in each of your Office programmes.
