It's a lovely dance song with no lyrics, then half way through there's a spoken bit where a little voice says 'Are you an angel?' and I think it says some other things as well.

That is Orkidea - Beautiful. The Alt + F4 Remix is the best one, in my opinion.

The sample itself is actually from Star Wars : The Phantom Menace.
