PERSIAN BLUES?

This was a song that was released in the UK around 1993/94. It was an electro/dance track and I'm not sure if there was some connection with Dave Stewart or the guy from OMD. I'd love to find this track again but other than hearing it ONCE on the radio at the time, have never been able to track it down. Thanks for any help.
