New Band

Has anyone heard of a band called Kinkane? If so, what did you think of them?

Sound very 70s rock to me - and the singer sounds very familiar

Thanks Ethel. I'm going to see them on Monday and it probably sounds daft but I don't want to hear them until I go so I've not looked at any of their stuff. I don't want to pre-judge.

However I'm also very excited so I was wondering if others had seen/heard them and what their experiences were of the band as I'm really looking forward to it.

I'd not heard of them before, but what I listened to on that site was pleasing enough,.

Seem to have energy - and they probably do a very good live gig.

The drummer is the son of a friend of my uncles and so I've been put on the guest list for what is basically their big break launch night... Hence my excitment and also not wanting to hear them til the night!

I shall indeed report back. :c)
