"So take a look at me now, there's just an empty space, and there's nothing left here to remind me but the memory of your face" ok does anyone know who sand this song originally and what it is called? I have a copy by The Postal Service but my friend thinks Mariah Carey also sang it

Against All Odds - from a film - by Phil Collins (1984?)
i think Mariah Cary sang it at some point too.
Mariah Carey did indeed cover it ('sang' may be a little generous) in cahoots with the ten-legged (these days eight-legged) manifestation of evil that is Westlife. The film from which Phil Collins' original came was also called Against All Odds.

Why would someone do such a thing?! thanks everyone
Song was sang by Phil Collins.
this is typical - that an excellent song is only known by its far inferior cover and the song's full title is 'Against All Odds(Take A Look At Me Now)'
Never seen the word excellent used in reference to Phil Colins before
Phil Collins
