Please help with a song title that driving me mad!

Hi guys,

I am desperately trying to find a song title and or artiste for the following track (apologies for the poor info!);

I think it was out around 1996/97, it was always played at parties such as weddings etc and it sounds quite similar to Cotton Eye Joe by the Rednex.

I think it has lines in it something like "folks is ????? where I come from" and "she is pretty, she is bright ?????............. til the morning light"
