Can anyone help?  These are some lyrics from a song in the 80s - sort of electro funk style?

etc. etc.  My other half can remember the words - but I don't think I have ever heard it!

It was a song or artist called Captain Rock and went..

I was born on planet Zobe and my father discovered it was gonna' explode
He took me on a tube to space man 2 and sent me away on a rocket ship.

Thanks so much - I couldn't find it anywhere - google etc. and it became a bit of a joke as I kept telling my partner that he had made it up (laughs). I just read it to him now and he said "see told you I never made it up". Karen

Yes please! I looked it up on Google after knowing it was Captain Rock, but still couldn't find a clip of the right song. I wondered if it was Cosmic Glide? Many thanks. Karen
