Classic FM Favourite Music

Classic FM is a continuous succession of listeners phoning in to request their favourite piece of music.

It seems that most of Classic FM's listeners have a favourite piece of musice, so ...

... why don't they just go and buy it, and play it at home?

A lady phoned in about half an hour ago, and requested Schubert's 5th, the First Movement ... her "absolute favourite piece of music". I thought, she really ought to buy it, and put it on her CD player.

I have tried to listen to this station but the constant repetition of "Classic FM" by all the presenters so frequently drives me mad. I swear that they are paid a bonus depending on how many times they say it!

I sometimes buy the magazine for the free CD.

It catches your eye on the newsagents shelf. It must be due to the number of times that the presenters keep repeating "Classic FM"

Well, I suppose it might be useful for those people who are wondering if they've tuned in to Radio 3 by mistake.
