HELP! email problem

i have just changed PC and have lost all of my email contacts, how can i retrieve them if its possible that is.
I used to use microsoft office outlook for email, I have now installed this onto my new PC so how can i get my emails to go through this instead of logging in to the Orange website everytime-i still have the same email address. thanks for any help. Pete

The following assumes that you've still got your old PC.

On your old PC, export your contacts to a Personal Folders file:

Copy that file, via removable media (such as a memory stick or CD), to your new PC.
Then import the data from that file to your contacts:
